News from Crusader

The photos on the

wall are the state and Sovereign Grand Lodge  Officers from WV  and from this

lodge.  It might be noted that we are one a few lodges who have members who are

past Grand Masters from other jurisdictions.

A special session was held of Crusader  I.O.O. F   Lodge was recently held before the Curfman's

returned back to their home in Fisher, Illinois.  Refreshments were served to these members  and

to two Rebekah Sisters,   Aldene and Pam Davidson.   Persons who were also missing were

Don and Glendora Headley.    A good time was had by all who attended.

 

Please notice the photos behind the members were  the photos which were taken of the I O O F

Home in Elkins, WV.  The lower photos were taken back in the 1920's.  The upper photos were

taken of the Home in  2008.   The Home provides a final home for any Odd Fellow or Rebekah in

the closing days of ones life.
