The 52nd Annual Middle Atlantic States Conclave will
be held at the
A special rate of $119.00 plus tax (13%) per room of
either one king size bed or two double or queen size beds.

ATLANTIC STATES CONCLAVE.
February 27, 2009, is the final date to receive the
above special rate.

Pre-Registration will be $3.00 per person, but at the
Conclave will be $5.00.
All persons registered prior to February 7, 2009,
will be included in the Booster List in the souvenir
program. No
charge for youth.

A Souvenir Program Book will be published.
We encourage support of all lodges and also
individual members and friends.
Ads may be in color.
The deadline for ads and boosters is March 7, 2009.

A banquet will be held which will offer you three
choices: Raspberry
Brie stuffed chicken, London broil or Talapia Margarita (fish).
You will also receive a house salad, potatoes,
vegetables, warm rolls and butter, beverage and strawberry
shortcake shooter or chocolate mousse duo shooter.
Cost: $37.00 per person.
Fun Night will a sock hop buffet on Friday consisting of
chicken wings, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and salsa, fresh
fruit salad, pasta salad, ice cream floats and brownies.
Cost is $30.00 per person.
A sock hop will follow.
Sister Roseann Turner will be collecting fees for ads,
pre-registration, banquet and bus.
Deadline is March
1, 2009, for her to receive these so that she has time to
forward on to the Maryland Conclave Committee to meet their
deadline. However,
if there are bus seats left after this date, contact Sister
Roseann if you would like to go on the bus.

The WV Conclave Committee is
sponsoring a baked steak dinner on January 15th,
2009, 3p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Christ Church United Methodist,
Adamston, to help defray the cost of the bus.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for children, which are
available through Larry
