Kanawha 25 has work party

Work Party at Bradwood
Bradwood Park, located, Located on Little Coal River, just 15 minutes from Charleston. The Park is about 150 Acres and Owned by Kanawha Lodge 25. In the past Bradwood has hosted Junior Odd Fellow and Theta Rho girls camp. Boy Scouts have held Camporees both District and Council. and many picnics for 25 Brothers and families.
Several of the Panels over the windows have fell into disrepair and the brothers met on Saturday May 8, 2010 to work on several projects there.
One great improvement at Bradwood is the new bridge at the bottom on the steps. This was built by Boy Scouts from the Cross Lanes area in appreciation of letting them camp at our location.
If any of the local lodges, Odd Fellow or Rebekah would like to use this facility let us know. We usually try to turn the water on from May to September. There are restrooms for men and women. We usually winterize the camp around the 1st of September and blow all the water lines clear to prevent freezing.
