IOOF Home of West Virginia
Welcome to the Odd Fellow and Rebekah Home of West Virginia. Dedicated to the values and traditions of every Odd Fellow and Rebekah, the Home serves as a retirement place for members who have served five consecutive years of membership in a lodge and have become dependent on care in order to live a high quality life.
History of the Home
The Odd Fellow and Rebekah Home of West Virginia was dedicated on September 22, 1910, in Elkins, West Virginia. Since that time, the Home has served as a residence for Odd Fellows, the wives and widows of Odd Fellows, Rebekahs, and 736 children of Odd Fellows. The Home may also now serve as a residence for the husbands and widowers of Rebekahs.
The cornerstone of the Home was laid on August 22, 1908, by the Grand Lodge of West Virginia IOOF.
